भाजपा ने प्रदेश में होने वाले पंचायतीराज तथा नगर निकाय चुनावों के दौरान धारा 370 को भुनाने की तैयारी कर ली है। इसके लिए पार्टी आलाकमान के निर्देश पर एक से 30 सितम्बर तक राज्य में जन जागरण अभियान चलाकर लोगों को 370 समाप्त करने की जानकारी दी जाएगी।

राज्य में नवम्बर में नगरीय निकाय और जनवरी-फरवरी में पंचायती राज संस्थाओ के चुनाव होने की संभावना है। इन चुनावों में भाजपा जम्मू-कश्मीर से धारा 370 और 35 ए को हटाने के केंद्र सरकार के निर्णय को उपलब्धि के रूप में भुनाएगी। भाजपा सोमवार से प्रदेशभर में जनसम्पर्क एवं जनजागरण अभियान शुरू करेगी। अभियान के तहत प्रदेश सभी दो सौ विधानसभा क्षेत्र, नगरीय निकाय और गांव और ढाणियों में जनसंपर्क किया जाएगा और यह अभियान देशभर में चलेगा। अभियान के दौरान कार्यकर्ता लोगों के बीच जाकर जम्मू-कश्मीर से धारा 370 हटाने के फायदे गिनाएंगे। अभियान के दौरान केंद्रीय मंत्री और भाजपा के केंद्रीय नेता राजस्थान दौरे पर आएंगे और विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों में शामिल होंगे।

पार्टी नेताओं का मानना है कि अब तक प्रचारित किया जा रहा था कि धारा 370 को नहीं हटाया जा सकता। ऐसे में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने कठोर निर्णय लेते हुए इसके अधिकांश खंड निष्प्रभावी कर दिए हैं। जम्मू कश्मीर से धारा 370 हटाने के बाद देश में भाजपा का माहौल है, ऐसे में विरोधी दल इसका दुष्प्रचार ना करे इसके लिए केंद्रीय नेतृत्व ने सभी प्रदेशों को जनसंपर्क और जनजागरण अभियान चलाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। अभियान के तहत नेता जनता के बीच जाएंगे और गोष्ठियों के माध्यम से लोगों को धारा 370 के हटने से होने वाले फायदे और जम्मू-कश्मीर के हालात की जानकारी देंगे। इस दौरान कई जिलों में प्रदर्शनी लगाकर भी लोगों को समझाया जाएगा।
