sawai madhopur : अगर सरकार आगामी दिनों में निजी विद्यालय संचालकों(Private school operators) से किसी भी प्रकार की सहायता मांगती है तो हम आज से शपथ लेते हैं कि भविष्य में कभी भी सरकार के किसी भी कार्य में निजी विद्यालय संचालक कोई सहायता नहीं करेंगे।निजी विद्यालयों (private school) के संचालकों ने अपने बकाया भुगतान की मांग को लेकर प्रदर्शन के दौरान ये बात कही।

सवाई माधोपुर जिले के स्कूल शिक्षा परिवार ने आज महावीर पार्क में बैठक कर रैली निकाली वह जिला कलेक्ट्रेट के सामने अपनी मांगे रखी। निजी विद्यालय के संचालक हो की मांग है कि सत्र 2018 19 को समाप्त हुए 5 माह से अधिक हो गए लेकिन आरटीई के तहत अध्ययनरत छात्रों के क्लेम बिल की प्रथम किस्त का भुगतान अभी तक सरकार ने नहीं किया.

जबकि शिक्षा निदेशालय ने 16 अगस्त को आदेश जारी किए थे कि सभी निजी स्कूलों को 31 अगस्त तक भुगतान करके निदेशालय को सूचित किया जाए इसके बावजूद जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी कार्यालय(District Education Officer) और ट्रेजरी ने अभी तक बिल रोक रखे हैं जिनसे सभी निजी स्कूल संचालक को तंगी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है दिवाली के पर्व को देखते हुए तुरंत आरटीई (RTE) की बकाया राशि प्रदान करने की मांग की है शिक्षा विभाग में गत 3 वर्ष से निजी स्कूल में अध्ययनरत बच्चों के उत्तर मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति के आवेदन लेना बंद कर दिए हैं

तथा पूर्व मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति के आवेदन तो लिए जाते हैं लेकिन 2 वर्ष से उनको राशि नहीं दी गई जिसका भी सरकार से निस्तारण की मांग की है विद्यालय दो पारी में संचालित हो रहे उन पर शिक्षा विभाग ने 3लाख का अतिरिक्त शुल्क आभार ला दिया जो न्यायोचित नहीं है अतः इसमें भी शीतलन प्रदान करने के लिए सरकार से निजी विद्यालय संचालकों ने आग्रह किया है साथ ही समय रहते हुए इन सभी मांगों पर सरकार द्वारा उचित कदम नहीं उठाए जाने पर सभी निजी विद्यालयों के संचालक जिला कलेक्ट्रेट के सामने काली दिवाली मनाएंगे ।
