Jaipur News. The Union Ministry of Forest, Environment, and Climate Change has issued the first level approval for diversion of forest land for mining of mineral sandstone at Banshi Paharpur, Bharatpur.
Additional Chief Secretary Mines and Petroleum DrSubodh Aggarwal said that with the approval of the Government of India, the way for their auction has been paved by preparing mining blocks in Banshi Paharpur. He said that this would enable medical mining in the area, while sandstone for the Ram temple would be available through medically mining.
ACS Mines & Petroleum DrAgrawal informed that due to the tireless efforts of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, the Banshi Paharpur mining area has been taken out of the wildlife sanctuary area in March last year. He said that Chief Minister Gehlot, given the demand of pink and red stone of Banshi Paharpur across the country, directed to make all possible efforts to stop illegal mining and allow legal mining, and as a result of that, in March, the Center This area has been declared as a wildlife sanctuary area by the government and now the proposal for diversion of forest land has been allowed. He said that given the demand for Banshi Paharpur stone for the construction of the Ram temple, it has been sensitive to the state government.
Mines and Petroleum Minister Pramod Jain Bhaya is also continuously monitoring the efforts being made for valid mining in the Banshi Paharpur area.
Dr. Subodh Agrawal informed that due to the efforts of the State Government, the first level permission for diversion of 398-hectare area of Banshi Paharpur area has been issued in the order issued by the Union Ministry of Forest, Environment, and Climate, two days ago on June 11.
He said that now the department will soon do delamination work in this area and prepare blocks for auction and they can be auctioned through e-auction. According to a rough estimate, about 70 blocks are likely to be developed in this area.
He said that the department has started the preparation for elimination and efforts are being made to complete this process by the end of this month so that the e-auction can be done transparently through the Government of India’s e-portal at the earliest.
ACS DrSubodh Aggarwal said that due to the issuance of mining lease in the Banshi Paharpur area, one more illegal mining would be banned, while illegal activities occurring due to illegal mining and the law and order problem faced by the local administration daily. would be able to.
He said that with the commencement of valid mining activities in this area, thousands of local and other people would get direct and indirect employment, while investment would come in the mineral industry area and mineral industries would be established.
He said that according to a rough estimate, the state government is likely to get revenue of about Rs 500 crore from e-auction in Banshi Paharpur.
Jaipur News। केन्द्र सरकार के वन, पर्यावरण व जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्रालय ने भरतपुर के बंशी पहाड़पुर में खनिज सेंड स्टोन के खनन के लिए वन भूमि के डायवर्जन की प्रथम स्तरीय स्वीकृति जारी कर दी है।
अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव माइंस एवं पेट्रोलियम डा. सुबोध अग्रवाल ने बताया कि भारत सरकार की स्वीकृति के साथ ही बंशी पहाड़पुर में खनन ब्लाक तैयार कर इनके आक्शन की राह प्रशस्त हो गई है।
उन्होंने बताया कि इससे क्षेत्र में वैद्य खनन हो सकेगा वहीं राम मंदिर के लिए सेंड स्टोन वैद्य तरीके से खनन के माध्यम से उपलब्ध हो सकेगा।
एसीएस माइंस एवं पेट्रोलियम डा. अग्रवाल ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत के अथक प्रयासों से पिछले दिनों मार्च में बंशी पहाड़पुर खनन क्षेत्र को वन्यजीव अभयारण्य क्षेत्र से बाहर करवाया गया है।
उन्होंने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री गहलोत ने देश भर में बंशी पहाड़पुर के गुलाबी और लाल पत्थर की मांग को देखते हुए यहां हो रहे अवैद्य खनन को रोककर वैद्य खनन की अनुमति के लिए सभी संभावित प्रयास करने के निर्देश दिए और उसी का परिणाम है कि मार्च में केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा इस क्षेत्र को वन्यजीव अभयारण्य क्षेत्र से बाहर किया गया और अब वन भूमि के डायवर्जन के प्रस्ताव की अनुमति दे दी है। उन्होंने बताया कि बंशी पहाड़पुर के पत्थर की राम मंदिर निर्माण में भी मांग को देखते हुए यह राज्य सरकार के लिए संवेदनशील रहा है।
माइंस एवं पेट्रोलियम मंत्री प्रमोद जैन भाया द्वारा भी बंशी पहाड़पुर क्षेत्र में वैद्य खनन के लिए किए जा रहे प्रयासों की निरंतर मोनेटरिंग की जा रही है।
डा. सुबोध अग्रवाल ने बताया कि राज्य सरकार के प्रयासों से केन्द्र सरकार के वन, पर्यावरण और जलवायु मंत्रालय द्वारा दो दिन पहले 11 जून को जारी आदेश में बंशी पहाड़पुर क्षेत्र के 398 हैक्टेयर क्षेत्र के डायवर्जन की प्रथम स्तरीय अनुमति जारी कर दी गई है।
उन्होंने बताया कि अब विभाग द्वारा जल्दी ही इस क्षेत्र में डेलिमेनेशन का काम किया जाकर आक्शन हेतु ब्लाक तैयार किए जाएंगे और उन्हें ई-आक्शन के माध्यम से नीलाम किया जा सकेगा। एक मोटे अनुमान के अनुसार इस क्षेत्र में करीब 70 ब्लाक विकसित होने की संभावना है।
उन्होंने बताया कि विभाग द्वारा डेलिमेनेशन की तैयारी शुरु कर दी गई है और यह कार्यवाही इस माह के अंत तक पूरे करने का प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं ताकि भारत सरकार के ई पोर्टल के माध्यम से पारदर्शी तरीके से जल्दी से जल्दी ई-आक्शन किया जा सके।
एसीएस डा. सुबोध अग्रवाल ने बताया कि बंशी पहाड़पुर क्षेत्र में खनन पट्टे जारी होने से जहां एक और अवैद्य खनन पर प्रभारी रोक लग सकेगी वहीं अवैद्य खनन के कारण आए दिन होने वाली अवैधानिक गतिविधियां और स्थानीय प्रशासन के सामने आए दिन आने वाली कानून व्यवस्था की समस्या का समाधान हो सकेगा।
उन्होंने बताया कि इस क्षेत्र में वैद्य खनन गतिविधियां आरंभ होने से हजारों की संख्या में स्थानीय व अन्य लोगों को प्रत्यक्ष व अप्रत्यक्ष रोजगार मिलेगा वहीं खनिज उद्योग क्षेत्र में निवेश आएगा और खनिज उद्योगों की स्थापना हो सकेगी।
उन्होंने बताया कि एक मोटे अनुमान के अनुसार बंशी पहाड़पुर में ई-आक्शन से खनन पट्टे जारी होने पर राज्य सरकार को करीब 500 करोड़ रुपए का राजस्व प्राप्त होने की संभावना है।
