5 crores of drug paraphernalia recovered in Ajmer again

Ajmer: Rajasthan, the police have again recovered a cache of drugs, the value of which is being told about four to five crores rupees.

On the instructions of Ajmer Superintendent of Police, Jagdish Sharma, a special team of the district police, in joint action with the Alwar Gate police station and the Ramganj police station, recovered 110 cartons of drugs and detained three youths from both the police station areas. After the recovery of the drugs, the drug control team was also called to the spot.

According to Superintendent of Police Jagdish Sharma, the members of the special team have detained these drug dealers by becoming bogus customers. Police and drug control teams are busy in assessing the drug after checking it.

Sharma said that on the information of Jaipur Police, drugs and injections worth five and a half crores were recovered from Ajmer in the past, whose main accused Shyam Sundar Mundra is still absconding.

He said that a case was filed against Mukesh Harijan, Kamlesh and his accomplice who were taken into custody. He said that the campaign to break the chain of drug mafia by arresting them from the Ajmer district would continue.
