To make Fish Biryani, first, wash and clean the fish thoroughly. After that, take out half the curd in a bowl and mix lemon juice and ginger garlic paste in it. Pour the prepared mixture over the fish, wrap it well and keep it covered.
Now wash the soaked rice and take it out in a vessel. Add enough water and a little salt to it and cook it till 75%.
Put some oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, add onion and fry till golden. After this, add tomatoes and remaining curd to the pan and cook for five minutes.
When the tomatoes become soft, add fish pieces and green chilies and cook on low flame. When the fish is cooked well, please take off the pan from the gas and keep it aside.
Now take a pan and keep it on low flame on the gas. First, add one-third of the cooked rice to the pan. Next, put half the fish and half the Coriander leaves on it and spread it evenly. Then make a third layer of rice on top of it and put it.
Now put the remaining fish on top of the rice and apply a layer of remaining rice on top. Now cover the pan and cook for about 15 minutes; after that, mix the biryani by stirring it well and turn off the gas.
Your biryani is ready. Just garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with pickle or chutney.
