India’s cheapest electric cars will get a range of 312 km on a single charge

The Indian auto industry is one of the largest car markets in the world. More than one fancy cars are available here. Since the fuel prices in the country are higher than before, people here are looking for their alternative to the electric car market.

However, the sales of cars in India are quite low as compared to electric two-wheelers. If you also want to buy an electric car, then here we are going to tell you about the cheap electric cars available in the country.

Tata Tigor

Price- 11.99 Lakh

Range – 306 km

Tata Tigor ranks first in the list of the cheapest car in the country in the electric car segment. The Tigor EV comes with the company’s Ziptron EV technology. The company claims that you can run this car up to 306 kilometers on a single charge.

It takes about 8 hours 45 minutes for this car to go from 0 to 80 percent on a regular charger. On the other hand, the Tigor EV can be charged in just 65 minutes with a DC fast charger.

Tata Nexon EV

Price- Rs 13.99 lakh

Range – 312 kms

The Tata Nexon EV also gets a high-voltage powertrain through the company’s Ziptron technology. A DC motor has been used in this car. In terms of power, its engine is capable of generating 129 PS of power and 245 Nm of peak torque.

The nexon EV can accelerate from 0-100 kmph in less than 10 seconds. This car is capable of giving a range of 312 km in a single charge.

Mahindra E-Verito

Price- 10.15 Lakh

Range – 181 kms

Mahindra e-Verito is the only electric car from Mahindra & Mahindra that Mahindra currently has on sale. It offers a range of 181 km (as claimed by MIDC) on a single charge. In this, the company has used 288Ah battery pack. Which can be charged in 11 hours 35 minutes with the help of regular charger, while it can be charged in just 1 hour 30 minutes with DC fast charger
