Drugs production company Cipla launched a real time Covid testing kit last week, which is available for sale in market from today. Cipla’s RT-PCR test kit has been launched, is named ‘ViraGen’. In partnership with Ubio Biotechnology Systems, Cipla has launched ViraGen to complete the supply.
Company’s Managing Director, Umang Vohra, stated that Cipla is working to ensure the reach of treatment amid the fight against COVID-19. This partnership will ensure that we reach maximum people around the country during these challenging times .
ViraGen is the third release by Cipla in the field of testing for Corona Virus. This kit has been approved by ICMR and is based on Multiplex PCR techniques.
