Now company’s 2-hour delivery option can be availed through Amazon’s main app and website.The company had already announced that in India, Japan and Singapore, Prime Now is shifted onto Amazon app and while Prime Now app and Website have been shut down.
Prime Now was first launched in the year 2014 in New York.In 2016 it was launched as Amazon Now in other markets, although, later on it was changed to Prime Now.
Now customers can shop all Amazon has to offer through one app..
Shopping, tracking your order or avail Customer Care services, there’s now a single convenient app.According to Stephanie Landry, Amazon’s vice president of grocery, everything from daily use items,gifts ,toys to high-quality grocery which was available on Prime Now is now available on Amazon.

Amazon Fresh is a grocery store in main Amazon app.It was launched in August last year.Till now, its services were available in Bengaluru only but recently this service has been launched in 6 cities including Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Hyderabad.
